Rare instruments and effects.
Reimagined in software.

Tapechild is an independent music software studio. We make instruments and effects inspired by rare hardware, and develop our own designs.

We love rare, unusual machines, the ones made in small numbers that most people never get to hear. We take what we like about them and build the things we want to use ourselves.
